We are seeking a quick learner with a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a diligent work style, with an eye for detail. As a junior graphic designer you will have the creative talent and experience to translate marketing ideas into beautiful, engaging brand visuals that convey our key messages and capture the attention of our clients and contacts.

• Strong typography and layout skills, demonstrated through your portfolio and/or a degree in communication design (or similar studies)
• Proficiency in Figma is essential. Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) is also a must. 
• Familiarity with Canva is also a plus. 
• 1-3 years of work experience in product marketing or promotional design or e-commerce or agency
• UI/UX web design skills are important
• Confident with image research, photo manipulation, art-working and social asset creation, and an interest in illustration and 2D animation is welcome.

Requirements

• Produce artwork and graphics for a wide range of materials, including web, print, digital, social media, email marketing, forms, stationery, and more.
• Assist with motion graphics and video editing tasks, including product demos, talking head videos, and transitions.
• Assist with creation of decks and presentations that match the companies high standard
• Ensure consistency and adherence to the new brand guidelines across all assets.
• Artworking deliverables for print and screen whilst ensuring quality standards are met
• Creating content tailored for the website, intranet and digital channels, including newsletters, banners, infographics, adverts and animations
• Acting as brand champion, ensuring that we present the business consistently and to a high standard

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing desirable
• A resilient, collaborative, positive outlook. 
• Someone who's comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and likes to be challenged.
