About the Role

As an Associate at Atheneum, you will connect our clients with experts. Based out of our Santiago office, the successful candidate will be supporting our New York City team, thereby operating within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Professional working proficiency in English is imperative, as most of your communications will be conducted in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
  • Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails and persuasive language and negotiation techniques.
  • Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
  • Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Interview Process

1st Stage Interview: Once we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to a 45-minute first stage interview with a member of the Talent team to further understand your motivations for joining us and assess your understanding of Atheneum and the role.

2nd Stage Interview: You will meet with two senior members of the Client Delivery team who will ask you further questions about your prior experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study exercise. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.

3rd Stage Interview: You will meet with two more senior members of the team who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions that the team may have. This interview will also last approximately 60 minutes.

Please note all interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless stipulated otherwise by a member of the Talent Team.

What We Offer

  • Gross Salary of $1.500.000 CLP (Amount is “Bruto”. The “Liquido” will depend on your health insurance and pension fund)
  • Monthly performance-based bonus of up to $800.000 gross. Final amount will depend on performance output. (Can be higher or lower)
