Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support Excellence: Provide top-tier support for PCs, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, security, and networks to ensure high user satisfaction.
Leadership role: Lead a team of IT Engineers to assist local IT with 1st and 2nd level technical support on site
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with a diverse range of users and peer groups across different disciplines.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce IT policies and encourage users to adhere to established standards.
Network and Systems Support: Support network and regional systems for process automation and local databases.
On-Site Projects: Participate in various on-site projects, ranging from infrastructure upgrades to core service changes.
IT Updates: Keep employees informed about IT-related progress, issues, and improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in a related field with Cisco Associate certification (CCNA) is preferred
Minimum 8 years of technical IT support (level 2) experience in support more than 80++ users in a site
Leadership experiences in managing a team of engineers include their performance reviews and staff developments.
Proven experience in network and server management, including Azure cloud, Windows Server 2016, and Microsoft 365.
Proficient in remote desktop/user support, firewall setup management, and CCTV.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint design is an advantage.
