About the role:

Weʼre looking for an IT Manager to manage the facility, equipment, and accounts in our Egypt branch, support the team with IT issues, and bring strong project management and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have experience in related tasks and a proven track record in similar roles.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring their proper execution.
  • Identify and enact IT-related processes and office management improvements.
  • Manage office logistics, including supply orders, equipment management, expense tracking, and vendor relations.
  • Act as the primary contact for office logistics, including supplier negotiations in Egypt and UAE.
  • Provide daily IT support and manage IT-related tasks for other Tabby employees.
  • Handle account management for new joiners and leavers.
  • Project Management: Lead and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Bring projects to successful conclusions, maintaining focus on goals and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Organize and oversee a team of 2-5 members. Ensure all team tasks are logged and managed through Jira, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Supplier Management: Skillfully negotiate with suppliers in Egypt and UAE to secure the best prices and terms. Oversee the procurement process and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Call Center IT Management: Organize and manage the IT requirements for a call center, ensuring robust and reliable IT support and infrastructure.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong in troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve technical issues autonomously. 
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with international colleagues and clients. 
  • Proficient in Windows and MacOS, including administrative and command-line tools.
  • Knowledgeable in network administration, including IP networking, routing, and VPN.
  • Experienced with enterprise task tracker solutions - like Atlassian Jira. Skilled in basic physical equipment maintenance. 
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, VDI solutions (especially Citrix), Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and leading teams to success.
  • Team Coordination: Proven experience in organizing team tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Supplier Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating with suppliers in Egypt and UAE, with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Experience in Call Center IT Management: Prior experience in managing IT operations for a call center is highly desirable.
