We are looking for a IT Junior Operations Specialist Entry to be part of our IT Supply Chain and Procurement department
Position Snapshot
What you’ll do
• Run experiments: To help our IT Operations in the evaluation of the potential and value of GenAI disruptive technologies and new business models. In close collaboration with IT products teams to deliver a Minimum Viable Product consistent with the solutions lifecycle and roadmap. Engaging with technology, security, sustain and other specialists within Nestlé to ensure the speedy and compliant delivery of the experiments.
• Share the outcome: Document results and learnings of all successes and failures, together with the business partner, in the form of white papers, videos or other. Support decision on experiment: stop, pivot or pilot. Maintain a repository of learnings on different technologies, solutions and external partners for easy access during future experiments.
• Enable industrialization: Deliver a draft implementation strategy and support model for the solutions. Support early adoption (pilot) with experimentation learnings
• Support SC& PRO Operations Preventive Tower & Participate in building model for AI Virtual assistant.

Minimum qualifications
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sciences, Engineering or Design.
• Fluency in English - both verbal and written.
• Curiosity for innovation and new technologies: GenAI, AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, Mixed reality, robotics, etc.
