Role Overview:Tabby is seeking a skilled and motivated HRIS Manager with a passion for analytics to join our team in Dubai. The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR systems and data management processes, driving insightful reporting and analytics. This is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making to make a significant impact in our rapidly growing organization.
In this role, you will lead the optimization of all people analytics tools and reporting functions, including talent acquisition analytics, compensation analytics, and HR analytics, ensuring that data-driven insights inform strategic decision-making and drive organizational success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create the first dashboards for the People Team in Tableau, providing real-time and accurate analytics across a myriad of people variables. This will empower stakeholders with actionable insights to drive performance, engagement, and retention initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR systems and data management, including but not limited to reporting, dashboards, and people analytics
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage and optimize existing systems, including Pinpoint for talent acquisition, Bamboo for HRIS, Tableau for dashboards and reporting purposes, and Lattice for performance management and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve system integration and streamline processes through automation
- Lead efforts in process automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations
- Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on system usage and upgrades
- Generate and analyze reports to support strategic decision-making, particularly in compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, to leverage data for actionable insights
- Spearhead the optimization of all people analytics functions, including talent acquisition analytics, compensation analytics, and HR analytics, to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment with business objectives
- Ensure systems compliance and run periodic audits
- Implement best practices in HRIS management to ensure that Tabby's HR systems are viewed as leading-edge and optimized for high-performance in a tech-driven environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in HRIS management, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Expertise in HR systems such as BambooHR, Tableau, and Lattice
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in process automation and system optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in compensation and benefits and analytics is a plus
