As the HR Operations Lead at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes. You will lead a team responsible for managing various HR functions, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR ops strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to support organizational growth and development.
HR Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS management.
Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
+8y of experience in HR operations management, preferably in BPO company and fast-paced environnement
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
