About The Team

As a member of the Global HR for Mid-platform, your role in HR has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in Mid-platform R&D team will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world's next elite Internet company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
1. Partner with business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2. Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, and succession; organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.
3. Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations, partner with the legal department to support investigations as needed.
4. Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
5. Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibrations process.
6. Manage HR operation activities when in needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of HR or HRBP experience.
2. Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.
3. Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
4. Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning.
5. Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business.
2. Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs.
