As HRBP you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and the organization in various strategic and operational HR functions. You will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR policy development, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to ensure fair treatment.
Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, providing coaching to managers on best practices.
Talent Management and Development:
Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and identifying high-potential employees.
Coordinate training and development programs, partnering with managers to address skill gaps.
HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Projects:
Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
+5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and programs aligned with business goals.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
