United Tech is looking for an individual to fill the role of Head of B2B. We need a resilient and driven leader who can motivate teams, think strategically, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Your role will involve managing existing operations while spearheading our entry into the Asian market, utilizing financial, operational, and human resources tools to achieve business goals. In this role, you will:
Lead the hiring process for the AM and CSM teams and establish processes
Take ownership of the region's main KPIs and contribute to their development
Find and acquire new business partners from Ukraine, Asia, and Latin American countries
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
Provide support, advice, and training on the use of company products
Track the performance of each business partner and provide suggestions for improvement
Conduct competitor analysis, contribute to the formulation of strategic goals, and develop tools to enable them
Work closely with the analytical and product teams to implement the solutions needed to achieve regional objectives
It’s all about you:
Upper level of English proficiency or higher
3+ years of experience in account management, partnership, business development, or in an FMCG or Big4 company
Ability to establish processes and improve teamwork
Ability to autonomously reach goals and take responsibility for decisions
Proven experience in managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders
Experience in setting up processes from scratch
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, business orientation
Would be a plus
Experience in the social streaming industry
Experience working with various CRMs
A data-driven mentality
