The Head of AI Technology will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) to lead our organization’s technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will drive the integration of AI and machine learning technologies to optimize our business processes, enhance customer experiences, and create innovative solutions. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can align AI initiatives with our business objectives to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.
AI Integration:
- Oversee the implementation of AI-driven solutions across various business functions including operations, customer service, product development, and marketing.
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
Data Management:
- Ensure the collection, management, and analysis of data is optimized for AI applications.
- Implement best practices for data governance, privacy, and security.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team with expertise in AI and data science.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI projects.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with AI technologies and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in AI deployment.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to AI projects.
- Track and report on the financial performance of AI initiatives.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
