Job Description

Our technology powers knowledge workers across financial services, legal, consulting, insurance and other industries. Our customers use Hebbia to make better decisions faster. We are continuing our rapid expansion, and you will own our recruiting efforts to hire the best talent in the world to bring this technology to market. 

In this role, you'll play a key part in our growth by sourcing and hiring top talent in sales, post-sales, marketing, and business development. Working closely with GTM leadership, you'll understand their hiring needs and create strategies and processes that align with our business goals. 

This role is based out of our New York City office in SoHo.

Responsibilities

While your primary responsibility is sourcing the best go-to-market talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following too:

  1. Source and screen candidates: Align on ideal profiles, own sourcing efforts, and screen candidates for role fit
  2. Manage candidate experience: Build strong relationships with each hire and manage their interview process
  3. Close candidates: Partner with Hebbia leadership to turn interviewees into new Hebbia hires
  4. Lead D&I efforts: Be a company cultural leader and support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace
  5. Be a process owner: Serve as a business partner and SME to advise on recruiting process best practices to drive speed and efficiency

Who You Are

  1. 5+ years of go to market recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
  2. Proven track record of attracting top talent across levels and go to market functions e.g. Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing
  3. Proven track record rapidly scaling a go to market team 
  4. Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle
  5. Experience aligning internal stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation bands and interview processes
  6. Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major hiring initiatives
  7. Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $120,000 and $160,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
