Job Description: Grants Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Grants Administrator. This person ensures the management of federal grants throughout all stages of the grants process. This role will be focused on various key elements and stages regarding the life cycle of federal grants with a specific focus on financial and human subjects compliance, in addition to other data management tasks as needed. This role will provide administrative support with respect to managing research tasks, budgeting and forecasting, tracking grants bodies updates to ensure compliance, and assuring that grants projects are in alignment with company legal requirements, including the maintenance and timely delivery of accurate records.

This position will report directly to Dr. Alison Cerezo, SVP of Research and Health Equity

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grant Documentation and Management
  • Attend grant meetings as needed
  • Ensure compliance with human subjects and federal compliance reporting
  • Manage deadlines for grant deliverables
  • Maintain up to date on federal policies for the procurement and management of grants
  • Gather and prepare proposals and other relevant support document for grants
  • Manage and Oversee budgets; Determine runway and financial compliance for IDC and DC
  • Support general research tasks, including data management and report outs

What We’re Looking for:

• 3-5 years of grant experience in administration/project management

Hourly Wage:

$42-$50 per hour depending on experience level. We are committed to equal pay.

Benefits:

This position is not eligible for medical or fringe benefits as a 1099 contractor.
