The opportunity
The role requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in AI and analytics. To accomplish our goals, the role will be expected to develop strategic partnerships across the business and technology organization. The candidate should be hands on in AI development, design and maintenance. The role will require the individual to use relevant AI tools and technologies to help automate manual tasks and simplify workflows to drive efficiency.
This role will focus on delivering services across the following topics
- Develop, implement, and optimize LLM models (OpenAI and others) for various applications, including chatbots and customer support.
- Integrate OpenAI models with Power Automate for streamlined workflows and Power Virtual Agents for enhanced user interaction.
- Design and develop backend services using Python or .NET to support GenAI-powered solutions.
- Work with custom datasets, utilizing techniques like chunking and embeddings, to train and fine-tune models.
- Integrate Azure cognitive services to extend functionality and improve AI solutions.
- Regularly review and fine-tune GenAI models to ensure maximum accuracy and relevance for custom datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Azure services to bring innovation to our solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver insights and client value based on AI, Gen AI solutions
- Help inject ML/AI capabilities into managed service solutions
- Recognize the ML/AI data sources as well as use cases at solution and client level
- Guide stakeholders on business decision based on AI, GenAI.
- Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which our engagement teams use AI
- Defining data requirements to support business issues / queries
- Defining new data collection, management and analysis processes
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Analysing results
- Identifying patterns and trends in datasets
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in analysing various sources and formats of data
- Implementation experience on machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, GenAI-foundation models)
- Ability to deduce insights and present it to various stake holders: primarily Business and IT
- A deep understanding of domain and its market, business process should be able to relate to the data sourced.
- Understanding business problems and articulating the data insights to the problems and / or future direction.
- Conversant with different data formats: JSON, XML, Databases, NoSQL, ML modeming on R, Python etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python and/or .NET for backend development.
- Experience with OpenAI GPT models and their applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
- Familiarity with Azure cognitive services.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, prompt tuning, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Good knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Cloud Build, Jenkins or other similar CI/CD tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Travel may be required
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organisation and project management skills
- Experience in interacting with senior client personnel including C-level
- Demonstrable experience of success within a range of complex project environments and sectors
- Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proven analytical and skeptical mindset with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems
- Master''s degree or further education in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
- Previous experience in AI, ML projects, chatbot development.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or OpenAI technologies.
- Can coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies
- Manage Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographies
- This role requires flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones
