As a Data Management Lead for Co-pilot in the Employee Experience team, you will specialize in all things data: data governance, managing data quality, protection, and compliance across all our initiatives within Co-pilot. You will serve as the liaison between technology teams, data governance specialists, and other key stakeholders ensuring data integrity and proper documentation is adhered to as we scale Traditional and Generative AI technologies across the employee experience. Another part of your scope will be to support our analytics and metrics efforts for Co-pilot. You will naturally be detail oriented and comfortable speaking and engaging with senior leaders. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop data management frameworks, which may be inclusive of data storage, data protection standard and retention strategies, for Generative AI scalability while also guiding cross-functional teams in maintaining data quality and protection standards throughout AI development.
  • Act as the main authorization contact for Generative AI data usage which will include leading Data Use Council processes and interfacing with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain data quality through management tools and processes throughout the product life cycle.
  • Provide extra support for our analytical partners, supporting processes when needed around product measurement.
  • Work in tandem with the Responsible AI Lead, Legal, Risk and Compliance partners, in order to integrate with data management frameworks.
  • Deep dive with other groups across the firm which are also working with AI technologies, contributing to the company heuristics around data strategy.
  • Represent Co-pilot around all things data to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Management
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience; metrics and digital experience measurement.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and represent data governance initiatives.
  • Strategic planning aligned with business and compliance standards.
  • Experience representing complex data governance issues to senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Experience in traditional or Generative AI experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with AI model complexities related to data governance.
