Responsible for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the shopping mall including implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy within the shopping mall.

Job Description

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
