About the role:

As the Founder's Associate (COO), you will be the right hand to the COO, playing a pivotal role in both strategic and operational aspects of our company. This demanding position requires a broad skill set, including an understanding of code, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain and establish customer relationships.

You will be responsible for accompanying the COO, supporting the daily work, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. This includes participating in high-level discussions, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our long-term goals are met. Your work will directly impact the company's growth and overall success.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable diving into various aspects of the business, from technical tasks to strategic planning. A solid understanding of code and technical concepts is essential, as well as strong product knowledge and customer relationship skills. You will collaborate closely with the COO, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the company's objectives are achieved.

We seek candidates with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects. Experience in a similar role, with a blend of technical and business responsibilities, is essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
