About the role:
As the Founder's Associate (CEO), you will work directly with our founder and CEO, Vladimir Keil, as we scale askLio into a billion-dollar company. This unique opportunity to join a Y Combinator startup between the Seed and Series A is unprecedented in our company's history. This position demands a high level of trust and offers significant growth opportunities, including leading your own team in the near future. Your actions will directly impact the success of the company.
As our Founder's Associate, you are the backbone of our rapidly growing startup. You will work closely with the CEO and co-founders with the clear goal of reaching our Series A revenue target. In short, your job is to do whatever it takes to make askLio successful. This involves both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, working with our team as well as external partners and customers.
You will be responsible for driving askLio into every procurement organization in Germany, handling both outbound and inbound management, workshops, and onboarding. You will work closely with our CEO to generate leads, establish partnerships, and independently close six-figure enterprise deals. You will update prominent Silicon Valley investors and top startup angels on our traction. Additionally, you will oversee HR, finance, and legal, building a team poised to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in impact over the next few years. Developing structures and processes to cultivate our company culture as we grow will also be a key part of your role.
You will position askLio as a new mandatory category in the procurement market alongside our CEO. This includes organizing and speaking at major procurement conferences like BME and Procurement Summit, managing our public appearances, and regularly launching new features on our website. You will conduct webinars and expert roundtables with large enterprises independently and personally visit decision-makers at Germany's top companies to build new case studies, video testimonials, and quotes.
