1. CONTEXT/INTRODUCTION
European Commission Agency for the Information Systems unit of the European Health Emergency preparedness and Response Authority (HERA) based in Brussels.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Develop comprehensive business architecture models that align with organizational strategies, goals, and priorities, integrating project and program strategies to ensure coherence with business objectives.
Assess both IT and business leadership costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Evaluate systems for potential discrepancies, vulnerabilities, and areas for enhancement, conducting thorough research to optimize operational processes.
Provide expert guidance on business architecture and systems processing, leveraging insights to create and implement long-term business visions and multi-year plans.
Review cloud architecture and design to ensure adherence to security best practices and organizational policies, assessing security controls effectiveness, access management, encryption protocols, and data integrity measures.
Management of the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters
of cost, timescales and quality.
Coordination of the implementation of the business requirements.
Definition and analysis of the business requirements.
Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables. Ensure the agile methodology in place is applied.
Assistance to the definition of internal methodologies and application lifecycle.
Participation in functional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Preparation of quality plans, service level agreements, quality control and evaluation, quality assessments or other quality maters associated with information systems projects.
Preparation of security studies, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects.
