Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support
  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content on internal platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Help with designing and creating content for Tabby Life page
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions professionally.
Content Creation and Design
  • Help create content for employer branding campaigns and internal communication.
  • Learn to use social media analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Employee Engagement Aid
  • Support employee advocacy programs by helping employees share company content.
  • Contribute to building connections within the HR and talent acquisition community online.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Studying Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Interest in social media, digital marketing, and employer branding.
  • Good design skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
