Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (AI Solutions) who possesses a unique blend of expertise in nursing, technology, and product development. This role will bridge clinical knowledge with AI-driven healthcare solutions, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of clinical safety and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
Lead and integrate clinical insights into the development of our Large Language Model (LLM) for healthcare.
Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and developers to ensure the model accurately reflects and supports nursing practice.
Product Development:
Contribute to the design and development of AI healthcare products, ensuring they address real-world clinical needs.
Provide guidance on nursing workflows, clinical scenarios, and patient care protocols to inform product features and functionalities.
Tech Integration:
Work with engineering and product teams to implement nursing-specific algorithms and features within our AI model.
Advocate for the integration of best practices in nursing informatics and digital health.
Quality & Safety:
Ensure that AI products comply with clinical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the development of quality assurance processes and testing protocols to validate clinical safety and efficacy.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Advanced degrees in Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
Proven experience in product development and technology integration within the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare, particularly in developing and deploying LLMs, is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of nursing workflows and patient care processes.
Proficiency in translating clinical needs into technical requirements and product features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
