The Global Data Office coordinates high-impact, complex, company-wide projects related to data business strategy, critical investments, policy development, and marketplace execution. Essential Function
AI Incubator
The position will be a key Product Leader in the AI Incubator division within the Global Data Office. The AI Incubator focuses on rapid creation and delivery of new AI-related commercial products for Visa clients. The team is accountable for all phases of product development from 0-1 which involves working in close collaboration with partnering business units and cross-functionally across Visa and our five Regions. The role is client facing and requires internal engagement at senior levels across organizations. The team is looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide thought leadership in ideating scalable solutions and strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients, and tenaciously drive execution of these strategies
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualification
• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
• 10+ years of product management or related industry experience (7+ years of experience with an advanced degree)
• Strategic thinker who can balance big picture strategy and flawless execution with high attention to detail and quality for all work products
• Strong user design approach to driving new product ideation that focuses on Visa client segments (financial institutions, merchants, fintechs and end consumers)
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning / Generative AI technologies and experience working with data scientists
• Ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
• Experience working in global organizations and roles that need collaboration with stakeholders, partners and development teams spread around the globe, gathering regional and global requirements
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,800.00 to 237,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
