About The RoleAs the Country Manager of our largest market, I am seeking a Chief of Staff / Deputy GM who is not just a deputy, but a right-hand executive. You will play a pivotal role in managing a wide array of operations, from growth and compliance to business development and product support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as my direct support, managing critical operational aspects of our largest market.
- Lead strategic initiatives in growth, compliance, and regulatory management, ensuring alignment with our global objectives.
- Drive business development, nurturing existing relationships and forging new partnerships.
- Offer support in product development, focusing on innovation and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Run data analysis tasks and managing P&L sheets
- Represent the company in high-stake negotiations and at key industry events.
- Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving at the highest level.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or an investment banking background
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to run parallel work streams and prioritize accordingly
- Good understanding of finance and financial concepts (e.g. financial statement analysis)
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
