About the role:

As a customer success intern, you will be the key to maintaining and nurturing our customer relationships. Your role is critical in understanding and meeting our customers' needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, from regular buyers all the way the procurement director and even the group CEO. This involves understanding their needs, ensuring they are satisfied with our products, and addressing any issues that arise. Your work will directly impact customer retention and satisfaction, driving the overall success of our company.

We are looking for someone who understands our products, has a strong customer-centric mindset and very strong communication skills. For this role, coding skills are not required. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

We expect you to be convinced that we are currently experiencing a historic moment with Generative AI: comparable to the Industrial Revolution or the rise of the Internet – and you are here not just to be a part of it, but to actively shape it.

We are seeking curious and low-ego individuals with a strong product sense and customer-centric mindset, eager to tackle unprecedented challenges and excited by our mission in AI. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic generalist focused on shipping features quickly and obsessed with understanding and meeting customer needs.
