• Ensure all service and repairs comply with manufacturers' guidelines and protocols.
  • Authorize pick-up/delivery and courtesy car services as needed.
  • Investigate and respond to customer letters/feedback with the team.
  • Support CSA in addressing customer questions and complaints, and authorize goodwill requests within the LOA.
  • Contact all customers within 3 to 5 days after service to ensure satisfaction and correct completion of work.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments from credit customers within allowed credit terms.
  • Oversee closure of open Repair Orders and manage outstanding ROs.
  • Identify and coach CSA on weaknesses to improve their CSI scores.
  • Take measures to improve results by streamlining work processes and improving working conditions.

Requirements

  • At least Diploma studies
  • 5 years experience in customer service roles
  • Singaporean only
