Objectives of the Position

Our team “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement” provides exceptional Data Science services to stakeholders across BASF. We are committed to being the driving enablement force behind the AI transformation at BASF and also serve as the backbone of the Analytics & AI Community. Together, we aim to empower employees and enable their success by offering comprehensive upskilling services through our internal Data & AI Academy.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of training offers and learning programs within the Data & AI Academy. You will play a crucial role in maintaining consistent branding, communication, and marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of AI learning across BASF. By analyzing the preferences of our target audience, you will gather valuable insights that will be used to professionalize and productionize our learning offers. As a motivated individual, you will have the opportunity to work in an energetic and diverse team, where you can contribute to the digital upskilling and AI transformation at BASF.

Main Tasks

  • Support creation and maintenance of a consistent brand for Data & AI Academy, including marketing, communication material and online presence, that helps to increase awareness and adoption of AI learning in the whole organization.
  • Analyze the audience groups learning needs and communicate and promote learning offerings accordingly to ensure they reach the intended target audience(s).
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trainings and learning resources, using feedback and data to continuously improve and optimize the learning experience.
  • Support managing stakeholder relationships by collaborating with various teams and departments to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the overall AI transformation at BASF by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in Data and AI.
  • Become an ambassador and multiplier internally for Data & AI Academy in APAC region.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Data and AI and modern learning methods to ensure the academy's offerings are relevant, up-to-date and cutting-edge.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor´s degree in the field of: business administration or business information technology, learning and development, digital innovation management, communication management, psychology with a focus on employee development, change management or a related field of study.

Working Experience

  • Minimum 1 years’ related work experience, ideally with a focus on working in either digital transformation, innovation, tech, Data or AI area OR bringing in experience from corporate learning with willingness to learn about Data & AI.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information and engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in project management and/or stakeholder management and working with subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in driving digital transformation (learning/enablement) initiatives within an organization.
  • Willingness to learn about Data & AI concepts, even if prior knowledge in these areas is not mandatory
  • Fluency in English

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional)

  • Prior knowledge in Data, Analytics or Data Science and AI
  • Prior experience creating learning or marketing videos
  • Familiarity with content management platforms, learning management systems
  • Experience in Digital Upskilling in a corporate setting
  • Conversational German
