You will lead Orbem’s operational excellence, driving growth from the heart of the business. As Chief Operating Officer, you are a seasoned and visionary leader who architects our operational efficiency. You are responsible for ensuring day-to-day success through collaboration across diverse teams, driving strategic, operational initiatives, and fostering Orbem’s culture to propel our business forward.
You will be focusing on the following areas:
Lead and Inspire
Lead and manage teams of world-class professionals for company operations, business intelligence, customer success, and operational excellence.
Cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Operational Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement a scalable operational strategy designed to operate in an incremental number of markets and aligned with the overall company purpose, mission, culture, and objectives.
Oversee all business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and streamlining efficiency and excellence.
Establish OKRs and KPIs across operational teams to measure success and drive data-driven improvements.
Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity through robust planning and risk management.
Business Intelligence
Build and lead a world-class business intelligence team that provides actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends.
Leverage data analysis to inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
Customer Success
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the company.
Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Implement customer feedback loops to continually improve products and services.
Operational Excellence
Establish a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement optimizations.
Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Implement industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to drive operational excellence.
Refine market entry strategies, including localization, partnerships, and go-to-market plans.
Build and manage operational teams in new markets, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.

You have 10+ years of progressive experience in executive leadership role, proving your ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

You master streamlining processes and optimization of operational resources.
You have or had leadership experience in a similar COO role.
You have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing operational transformation to support business growth.
Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
