We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Lead to spearhead the establishment of a groundbreaking venture in the debt collection industry - Eltezam. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic vision, overseeing product-tech initiatives and business development. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
6+ years of experience managing projects within a startup environment (preferably in financial technology or debt collection sector).
Strong understanding of the GCC market, regulatory landscape, and industry trends.
Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills with the adoption of the data-driven approach.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining short-term and long-term goals, partnerships strategy and financial planning.
Compliance, Regulation and Licensing: Ensure that Eltezam operates in full compliance with industry regulations and standards; support with new license issuance.
Operational Setup: Oversee operational processes; work on improvement and optimisation, meeting clients’ requirements.
Product management: Prioritise various product initiatives, monitor the performance of the product team, highlight the gaps and suggest improvements.
