In this role, you will directly influence Rossum's growth by driving pipeline and revenue growth.

This is a full-time position based in Prague for a fluent English speaker.

About the role: 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to develop strategies for reaching pipeline targets

  • Making a high volume of calls each day

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company and meeting the monthly targets

  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers

  • Understanding the needs of prospects, identifying the business case, and coordinating discovery calls with the assigned Account Executive.

  • Demonstrating a willingness to continually learn about multiple industries and business cases in order to develop strong business acumen

  • Following the sales cadence meticulously, which includes activities such as making calls, sending emails, and scheduling meetings.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

  • Sales experience (experience with SaaS is a plus).

  • Are honest, humble, empathetic, and great with time management  and flexible to support the US market.
