We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our project management and IT service processes using Atlassian tools, primarily Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Opsgenie, all within a cloud environment. Your expertise in developing tailored Jira workflows, implementing automation, and creating projects will be crucial in enhancing our team's productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Atlassian cloud products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Opsgenie.
Design, develop, and maintain custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet the unique requirements of our team.
Implement automation in Jira to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments.
Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and set up Jira projects aligned with their specific needs.
Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of Atlassian tools.
Stay updated with the latest Atlassian product features and cloud technologies, applying best practices to our environment.
Provide training and support to team members on Atlassian tool usage and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Atlassian Cloud Certification is a must.
Proven experience in administering Atlassian tools, particularly Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Opsgenie in a cloud environment.
Strong expertise in developing complex Jira workflows, automation rules, and project configurations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues within Atlassian tools.
