As an Associate Technical Program Manager - AI, you will steer our company’s AI initiatives towards success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating AI market trends, assessing demand, and ensuring the strategic alignment of AI projects with our business objectives.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of AI market trends to assess demand and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate the value and ROI of AI project proposals, ensuring they meet our strategic and financial criteria.
- Lead the coordination of AI projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide regular reports on the status of our AI ecosystem to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or related field required.
- 4+ years of experience in a software related role required.
- Experience within the AI industry preferred.
- An understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in a business context required preferred.
- Experience working with business users to understand requirements, assess level of effort, and determine business value preferred.
- Experience with translating technical concepts into business insights for non-technical stakeholders preferred.
