Position Overview:In 2024 we have experienced incredible growth and are now looking for a second member of the Talent Team to continue to expand. Working collaboratively across all verticals of the business, you will help create a frictionless end-to-end recruitment effort and a positive candidate experience. This role is a great for someone wanting to jump into start-up talent acquisition in a high-paced and very friendly and supportive environment.
What you'll do
Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest
Help with branding activities such as blog posts, events, and maintaining social media
What the ideal candidate looks like
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability and interest to work with quantitative data
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
High interest in technology and AI would be desirable
