About the Role

As an APAC Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
  • Training and coaching of team members
  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
  • Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.
  • Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
  • Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.

Profiles We Are Seeking

Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Building and performance management of a team of APAC Associates in Lahore
  • Training, coaching, shadowing of a team of Associates
  • Performance intervention discussions and management for team
  • Ensure meeting GM targets for the team
  • Allocation of projects within the team

Requirements

Profiles We Are Seeking:

  • Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in an off-shore company, business to business selling, call centers
  • Hired and managed a team of at least 4-5 associates as Team Lead or manager
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Have had revenue KPIs
  • Bachelors Degree with majors in Business/ Economics/ Marketing
  • Goal oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, fluency in additional languages is highly desirable.
