We are looking for a seasoned AI leader to oversee our AI program and guide adoption of AI and Data technologies within Nokia Technologies. In this role you will foster a culture of experimentation, performance and change enforced by individual projects and domain specific implementations.

The role requires proven track record in successful delivery of cross-organizational initiatives, extensive hands-on experience of business-driven AI implementations combined with deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models and data technologies.

Strong people leadership and communication skills is a must for the role. Domain specific understanding of patenting, patent licensing or legal services is an advantage.

You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with business leaders, in-house experts and suppliers to implement value adding AI solutions that support Nokia Technologies business growth and competitiveness. This new leadership position reports to Head of Operations, Nokia Technologies.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Facilitate Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy development and execution in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop AI opportunities that drive efficiency and support strategic decision making.
  • Work with diverse projects teams across the organization to lead AI Program and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Communicate the practical advantages and potential of AI across the organization.
  • Uphold high standards of data security and privacy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide people leadership for internal and external team members working with AI and data.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background for the role:

  • Strong strategic thinker with passion to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience leading impactful value creation with AI in corporate environment.
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Data Science or another relevant field.
  • Fluent in strategic program management and mastering IT solutions throughout their life cycle
  • Experienced in building high-performing teams, transformative programs and leading cross-functional workstreams.
  • Excellent people leadership skills and strong in presenting and communicating in English language.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on latest AI advancements.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of AI and Data technologies.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Familiarity with patenting, licensing and/or legal processes.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to cultivate an innovative mindset and encourage experimentation and co-creation.
  • Experience building strong relationships with internal and external partners to leverage their expertise.
