AI Scrum Master

The Opportunity:

As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s creating efficiency in critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced Scrum Master like you to facilitate solutions related to data analytics products.

On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the Scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team mature their Agile practices.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with facilitating Data Modernization or infrastructure teams for enterprise organizations
  • Experience with using Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Experience with facilitating daily stand-up calls, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, road mapping, and requirements sessions
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
  • Knowledge of Agile practices, principles, and frameworks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or IC Agile (ICP-AC) Certification
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist Certification

  • Experience as a Business Analyst

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
