Job Purpose:

As (Senior) C.AI flow designer in our pan-European Conversational AI (C.AI) team you take our Conversational AI bot to the next level. You will drive the transformation of our customer service through creating and developing our Voice- and ChatBot “Elisa”. With a deep empathy for our customers you will focus on creating and improving our dialog flows.

You coordinate the business requirements independently with the operational units and support the tribe leads in prioritizing the business case implementation. Furtherly you ensure a scalable and modular technical implementation and support the respective role-out in the countries.

Key responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the development of global conversational AI flows which you will create in a cross-functional scrum team 
• Identify requirements and develop a product vision for our P&C insurance services
• Create blueprints which are modular and can be easily scaled for new products and new countries
• Take responsibility for an impact driven use case prioritization
• Align with multiple development teams working for multiple countries
• Improve quality and strive for continuous innovation with regards to products and technology stack
• Opportunity for further development and collaboration with great colleagues
• Create design and coordinate implementation of analytic

Qualifications/Key skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computational linguistics, computer science, engineering (comparable courses accepted) 
• Proven experience in developing conversational Chat- & Voicebots using Cognigy or similar conversational AI platforms
• Ability to design and implement testing frameworks from scratch
• Proven successes in the area of flow creation 
• Experience in defining and implementing quality metrics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and proactive mindset
• You are highly familiar with agile IT project methodologies (Scrum) preferably in an international context
• Experience with testing of telephone infrastructure and audio calls
• Ability to analyze metrics in transcripts
• Experiences in the insurance industry is a plus
• You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English skills, German / Spanish / Italian / Dutch / French is desirable
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI / Cognigy Insights
