Tableau Einstein is a composable AI-analytics platform that turns data into actionable insights. With semantic AI and consistent data built into every workflow, Tableau Einstein gives every enterprise the ability to act on data in the way they need.

Our Tel Aviv team is building an innovative AI analytics agent for Tableau Einstein. This agent will augment and improve data analysis, enabling self-service data insights for everyone in an organization.

We are looking for a versatile AI Director of Product to join the team and take a leading role in turning this vision into reality. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager with a deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and analytics.

Your Impact:

• Define the short and long term vision and translate it into executable plan

• Collaborate with design (UI/UX) and partner with data science and engineering teams

• Partner with various stakeholders and internal customers

• Define a quality methodology for continuous improvement of generative AI capabilities

• Identify potential opportunities for industry collaboration

• Engage with early adopter customers to understanding challenges and identify new opportunities for value & scale

Required Skills:

• 8+ years minimum of Product Management, with a focus on AI-based products

• Understanding of generative AI and LLM. Proven experience in bringing Gen AI capabilities to production. Knowledge of the Gen AI ecosystem and best practices

• Proven track record of taking products from inception to launch

• Strong ability to build relationships and partnerships across an organization

• High technical understanding

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
