AI Center of Excellence Leader
What can you expect?
This position is for the leader of Marsh Advisory’s Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI COE) based in Mumbai. The AI COE will bring best in class development and deployment capabilities to the build-out of artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing models in the commercial insurance and risk management space. This position consults with both technical and business colleagues throughout the organization on strategy for building and deploying AI to improve colleague productivity, operational efficiency, and client insights. You’ll be expected to drive adoption of AI-based tools within the AI COE and globally across Marsh Advisory, balance the risks presented by Generative AI and Predictive AI, help define our technical architecture and roadmap, ensure effective execution through prioritization and governance, and build an industry leading team through recruitment, training, and development.
