Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled and dynamic AI Architect to join our team. As an AI Architect, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of AI to drive innovation and solve complex problems in the domain of radio systems design. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an emerging technology that is revolutionizing various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in successfully implementing AI or LLM (Machine Learning Models).
- Collaborate closely with software developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Utilize your strong understanding of software development principles to guide and support developers in implementing AI components.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI models and algorithms to ensure their accuracy, efficiency, and usefulness in the domain.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in AI development.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, and actively contribute to the company's technical growth and innovation.
- Oversee the collection, processing, and utilization of data for AI systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy requirements.
Preferred skills/knowledge:
- Proven experience in successfully implementing AI or LLM (Machine Learning Models) in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and experience working closely with developers, architects, and IT.
- Proficiency with Python and experience with other languages like JavaScript, C#, C++.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI development tools.
- Strong skills in visualization of data to communicate concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members is a plus.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree ( Computer Science or Data Science preferred) and 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
- OR 7+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
