Job Description
Build internal communications road-map for all key initiatives. Ensure communication strategy is on-brand, consistent and reflects Globe culture and the employee experience. Refine core messaging to ensure consistency across all aspects of communication including development, organizing, and education
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications Delivery:
- Responsible for developing standards and procedures for content management including managing associated copyright or legal issues
- Manage, develop, and design effective communications campaign assets including but not limited to articles, web copy, newsletters, emails, invitations, scripts, social media posts, and other relevant materials including identification of preferred or appropriate media channel;
- Align the project messages to Globe values (“the Globe Way”) and initiatives
- Communicate to stakeholders regularly, managing and utilizing a variety of communication channels including development of feedback mechanisms to enhance communications
- Ensure all communications materials are designed to build employee trust, strengthen commitment, encourage preparation for change, and minimize the spread of misinformation
- Create and manage integrated communications that consistently and accurately reinforce key messages and brand identity
- Develop a brand ambassador program that engages employees in the promotion of the group
- Follow and enforce brand/style guidelines and corporate standards.
- Partner with IT, graphic design and marketing partners to assess, develop, manage and measure digital communication channels
- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organization and education
- Manage corporate employee communication resources and provide full service offering to all divisions, including executive communications, websites, mobile applications, training, blogs, videos, news articles and more
Project/Program Management:
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate, accessible, consistent, honest, up-to-date and engaging communication materials
- Align the project messages to Globe values (“the Globe Way”) and initiatives
- Responsible for assisting Globe CorpComm with external communications and reputation management, including public relations, thought leadership, social media and media monitoring..
- Ensure all communication deliverables are of the highest quality, are error-free and enhance the image and perception of the group, and Globe as a whole
- On-time submission of monitoring reports for key projects
- Use existing mechanisms and routines as much as possible to communicate and deliver messages effectively (where existing mechanisms cannot be used new mechanisms and routines will be developed and implemented)
- Coordinate communications to all internal and external parties so they are consistent in message, timing, branding and format
- Partner with different divisions in executing communication and engagement-related activities
- Manage the Communications Calendar used to track and manage communications to Globe stakeholders, both internal and external
Work Experience
- 3-5 years work experience preferably in developing messages for a wide range of audiences
- Level of Knowledge
- Graduate of any Marketing or Communications-related course preferred
- Ideally very proficient and experienced in graphic designing, web designing, video editing and other computer software;
- Must have knowledge in the following software/platforms: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Macromedia Flash, Final Cut Pro, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MS Office
- Good background in Communications Management, Project Management, and Organizational Restructure Projects
